- Identifying client needs related to our company’s offerings
- Effectively presenting the value proposition of our offerings to meet the client’s needs
- Recognizing opportunities for sales or strategic business relationships
- Conducting market research and organizing information in a referenceable format
- Structuring and negotiating business transactions with clients
- Establishing and meeting prospecting, business development, and sales goals
- Working with the Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction throughout the relationship cycle
- Researching and analyzing data to find market trends
- Supporting the development of strategies with the sales team
- Developing and make presentations such as pitches and analyses
- Remaining current on all company offerings and objectives
- Assist in the handling and resolving of client complaints and concerns
